• All prices are listed in INR/USD and include applicable taxes.
• Access to course materials is granted for the duration mentioned in the course plan.

Use of Platform: You agree not to –

• Share login credentials
• Redistribute course materials or videos
• Engage in misconduct during live sessions
• Copy or record content for resale or redistribution

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights: All course content including videos, labs, documents, and branding is the intellectual property of Cloudamy and may not be reused, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Career Assistance Disclaimer: While we provide resume reviews, interview prep, and guidance, Cloudamy does not guarantee job placement. Career success depends on your effort, commitment, and application of learned skills.

Platform Availability & Changes: We strive to ensure 24/7 platform access but may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues. Course structures and schedules are subject to update based on feedback and industry changes.

Limitation of Liability: Cloudamy shall not be held liable for indirect losses, including data loss, missed opportunities, or downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in dispute.
