• Pre-recorded Courses – No Refunds

All sales of digital products such as pre-recorded video courses are final and non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed. Since these are instant-access, non-tangible resources, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstance.

• Live Batches – Conditional Refunds

Refunds for live training batches are available only within 2 days of purchase and only if no course content has been accessed.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
